Whilst our volunteer editors will do their best to ensure our events listings are as up to date and accurate as possible; with the fast pace of how things are changing, it is inevitable that some will slip through the net. Llanelli Rhythmic Gymnastics Club meet at Lakefield Hall
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a very elegant sport for girls only. It entails a lot of flexibility work coupled with strength, ballet and of course apparatus. It requires a lot of repetition with the apparatus to perfect a clean, accurate and exciting routine but at the same time a very enjoyable and fun sport which keeps the body toned and the heart fit.
Our club caters for all levels of this sport from beginners to elite and those who just went to come once a week for fitness and fun. The ETHOS of this club is to welcome all females from 4 years upwards to train in a safe, friendly environment and most of all have fun.
